3,160 at Perth AUOB March, 7-9-19

A Force For Good was in the Great British City of Perth today, in our wonderful United Kingdom, and we counted the "All Under One Banner" (AUOB) marchers as they passed our Thin Red Line at the top of King Edward Street – named after Edward VII (1901-1910) to whom there is a memorial across from the old City Hall.

We always count the AUOB marchers to ensure they can't get away with their inevitable lies and ridiculous exaggerations.

Our official count is now in and it is 3,160.

Here is our Count Video. We filmed from our vantage point on the High Street and were able to easily count every person. The march begins shortly after the 4 yellow-jacketed Police Officers walk by (0.25) and ends when the two blue-jacketed Police Officers pass.The event lasts for 35 minutes. However, for several points in the video there is nobody on the road and there are lots of big spaces. Indeed, every head can be easily counted. If this video doesn't convince you that AUOB is lying about its numbers then nothing will!

We reminded the marchers that Scotland voted to remain in the UK. We voted to stand together as one, with our friends, colleagues and family in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. We don't want to be divided up into 4 squabbling parts. We want unity, not division!

And we made clear that despite the best efforts of the SNP to exploit Brexit, and despite the desire of the Scottish Nationalists for it to fail, we know that our unity will prevail, we will be successful, and Britain's future together is assured!

So it is absolutely vital work that our activists are doing. No-one else is able to step up and do it. And we've had experience now for a long time. There is nobody else who can come along at this late stage and do it as professionally and as competently as we can.

We are giving heart to everyone out there who loves being British.

Our Count Protocol

1- We count every adult on the road (unless they are simply crossing over the road)

2- Our presumption is always to be generous. We do not want to under-estimate. For example, if we can't tell if it is 1 or 2 people behind a flag, we go with 2. If we can't tell if it is 3 or 4, we go with 4, and so on.

3- We count people on the pavement only if they are clearly part of the march, such as dressed for the occasion/carrying a flag.

4- No children who look 14 or under are counted, since they are only there because their parents have brought them along. However, the video evidence usually shows that there are only a few of them anyway, so if you want to count them in too, you will find it doesn't make much difference to the overall figure.

5- The handful of Marshals standing next to AFFG, are added in.

6- We will indicate whether our figure includes the "Bikers".

Counting Tips

We count the entire march, head by head. You can do so too by occasionally pausing the video.

If you simply want to confirm that we are in the approximate ballpark, then here is what you can do: You can count several 1 minute periods at the beginning, middle and end of the march, find an average and multiply it by the number of minutes which the march lasts.

We don't expect anyone to get the exact figure which we counted, but everyone will find it is in our ballpark.

We know that AUOB are lying about their numbers. If you are a journalist, there is a story here! Please expose their lies. This website has several pages above, documenting their false numbers which you are free to use.
